At the end of August, TL2D hosted their first ever virtual conference for the Vision Zero Youth Network. The event was held to welcome our Ambassadors to the TL2D team, and featured fun and educational activities. The Ambassadors learned skills that will be essential for their roles in the upcoming year, with a focus on interviewing, editing, professionalism, and many others.
We wanted to extend our thanks to all our Ambassadors for attending the conference, and to the TL2D team for their great work making the event happen. Without the cooperation of both parties, the event would not have run as smoothly as it had.
To our Ambassadors, welcome to the TL2D team. We are proud to have you, and are looking forward to your work in the future. At TL2D we encourage creativity, so if there are any projects you would like to work on, be sure to contact the TL2D staff and pitch some ideas. For example, if you would like to learn editing or script writing, feel free to experiment and create something regardless of your skill level in the area. We want our Ambassadors to come away feeling like they have learned new skills that will benefit them in the future.
If you would like to refer to any of our content guides, be sure to check our Ambassador Resources page. It includes helpful information for those looking to learn about interviewing, editing, design, and many others.
We’re glad to have such a talented team with us this year, and we hope you learn something new, and have some fun. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to any of the TL2D staff members on Slack.
