Nobody opens a driving school to become a millionaire. We do it to save lives and take pride in the fact that the good habits we instill will be used for the next 60 years. We want to help everyone on the road stay safe. We deserve a ‘danger pay’ but have a tough time making a decent wage. Furthermore, we’re constantly squeezed by parents who want a cheap solution, sought - after by teens who just want to pass their road test. It’s hard to keep it innovative and fun when you’re scrambling to compete with driving schools that are willing to cut corners to be profitable.
